Deck Re-Build and Paver Patio

When DLS initially met the homeowners to take a look at their potential project; they expressed that they wanted to either rebuild or completely replace and redesign the deck, if needed. Upon our inspection of the deck, other than a few rotting joists, the foundation of the deck was still in great shape. We recommended replacing all of the railing, decking, fascia, and lattice on the 2 upper level decks. We also recommended completely removing the bottom deck and replacing it with a new paver walkway and patio. The end result was happy customers and new life to their back yard that they can enjoy for a few more decades.
